How do you stay fabulous?I move some everyday to calm my mind and give myself a serotonin boost. I prioritize self care and fully understand now that I need to make sure my cup is full because ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’. I balance, as best as possible, work, family, friends, self care, and just plain fun!
What would you do with the $40,000?Children’s Advocacy Center, a non-profit providing vital care to children of domestic and sexual abuse, is an organization near to my heart. After a donation to them, I would use the remainder to start a small business in my town. One that would enable me to leave the rotating swing shifts behind and interact with the beautiful people of Chattanooga, TN every day! Spreading joy and smiles!
