The wisdom I've gained and the lessons I've learned. I've learned to listen to my body. This is something I didn't do when I was younger. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroid Disease at 42 years old. That pushed me into menopause and I gained 65lbs. Feeling miserable everyday I knew I needed to find a way to get to the other side.. I went on a mind, body, and health journey to push Hashimoto into remission. I'm no longer on meds or pre diabetic and I feel and look fabulous!!
How do you stay fabulous?Humor, Music, God, and Pilates. I am 54, I try to eat healthy, I walk and meditate daily, and I have a good skin care routine. My own self acceptance and awareness were the key to my self love and that's when I started healing. . I stay fabulous by being adventurous, traveling the US and staying close to god. My daughter gives me the strength and wisdom to be a better person everyday.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would be so grateful to win! Whatever I do, it will be with my daughter. There are several animal rescues in the Metro Detroit area that need help. I would donate to them. 🤍
