I love to hear people say you look good for your age. In my mind I'm like what's age got to do with it! I love being at the peak of my being where I can live my life to the fullest. I love being in better shape than I was 10yrs ago. I love the wisdom I have gained over the years and the growth that comes with being over 40. I love each day over 40 that God has graced me to see. Aging is a privilege and a blessing and not to be taken for granted.
How do you stay fabulous?By cultivating good mental health, quality sleep, regular exercise/strength training and healthy eating. I strive to be good to myself as well as others. I give to the universe what I want to be returned to me. I serve, I encourage and build up those around me. I set the standard for my environment by releasing love and grace that is not asked for but that is given freely and without an expectation of having it returned to me. Knowing I reap what I sow. I chose to sow love.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help out one of my family members who is having financial struggles right now. Pay off my remaining credit card debt and probably plan a trip with my best friend.
