Having gained wisdom and insight from direct experience, reduces anxiety and develops inner peace, knowing I can exude natural grace and sex appeal even at this age. I am clear about my values and proud of myself becoming a boat captain at age 48. Aging is so much less boring than I anticipated. Life is multifacetted, interresting, alluring, filled to the brim with wonder, fun, laughter and even free diving with dolphins and manta rays.
How do you stay fabulous?The outdoors give me many opportunities for staying fit and strong while hiking, jogging, swimming and having fun. I follow a healthy whole food and superfood based diet, practice conscious breathing, yoga, dance and NIA fitness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would save or invest some of the money take my family on a well deserved vacation and spoil my mother.
