Being compassionate knowing what women of my age go through not only physical changes but outside factors that can affect aging. I embrace the changes and that makes me resilient and work with what I have and is still possible to age with grace and beauty.
How do you stay fabulous?My children is my constant reminder that I have be young at heart with an enjoyable company. I have two teen boys My clients are my constant inspiration to work harder for them and inspire them with success stories I tell of my previous clients I consume food with balance. There’s no good and bad food or label them. I train to enhance my aesthetic look, increase muscle mass in preparation for aging as I am 52 years old.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to take a portion of it to create an educational seminar on how we can prepare for aging. I always go back to my fitness background of prevention of diseases as we age. Ex: cancers, diabetes, etc. How proper training and the science behind muscle mass can prevent these diseases.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
