I think I love the freedom to finally enjoy my body for what it is. Embracing its flaws, imperfections and all. I also love the lack of care I have for what others think of me. When I was younger I was painfully critical of myself and others opinions of me mattered more than my own. I’ve gained amazing strength in knowing that my opinion of myself is what matters. Nothing else. It’s very empowering and liberating. The wisdom you gain with age is also beyond priceless.
How do you stay fabulous?I am very mindful of what I eat. Food is fabulous !! … but it’s also my fuel. I limit nothing but take an everything in moderation approach. I pair traditional medicine with natural practices such as acupuncture, massage, osteopath, naturopathy etc I also recently certified to teach fitness classes and moved my salon and spa into as clean and green as possible. Carrying and using high end lines such as Eminence and Eufora. Surrounding myself with products that won’t hurt myself or my staff.
What would you do with the $40,000?Part of me thinks I’d maybe go on an extravagant trip to Europe or Bora Bora but the practical side of me sees me investing it into my business and my staff . I’ve been blessed with an amazing and talented group of ladies and to have an oppertunity to invest in their personal and professional growth is a win win for everyone.
