Being a woman over 40 mean a variety of things to me, such as a sense of self assuredness, independence and confidence brings from life experience. It also a time of transition, with changes in health, relationships, career, and family dynamics often coming into play. 1. Confidence and Self-Awareness: that I feel- feeling more confidence in my own skin and less concerned with social expectations . I know what I want in life and focus of my own happiness and well-being. Focus on health
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on my health. Exercise on daily, have well healthy diet and getting 8 hrs sleep
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely share with family and friends that are struggling, I love to see people around me happy and striving. If you were to ask family and friends, they would tell you that I always to do my best to help others in need
