I feel grown! I feel empowered and much more in control of my life. I have a vision of what I want my life and career to look like and it’s slowly coming to fruition. I also love that I’m able to help more people. I’ve become a mentor to many young women in my industry and I always help them make connections that will elevate their careers and interests. I love being in a position to help others because I’ve had people help me along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?In addition to helping my family and others, I try to make time for the things I enjoy — meditation, prayer, writing, bar class and watching the best shows on TV. Family and friends often come to me to find out what they should be binge watching next. I have a young spirit and my kids keep me young. I try to stay up on the latest trends and entertainment stories. You can find me singing and dancing to 90s music any day of the week and I throw in a spa day for a deep tissue massage when I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it towards a down payment on a house so my two youngest sons can have their own room. They drive me crazy when they fuss with each other about sharing space. Lol. I’d also give an extra donation to an organization that I donate regularly to called Compassion International where I sponsor a child in Africa who is in need.
