Being in my 40’d has given me the experiences and knowledge to know what’s really important in life. Taking care of yourself by eating real foods, working out, skin care and over all giving a crap can continue to make you feel youthful well over your 40’s. Age really is just a number. It’s all how you think!
How do you stay fabulous?Consistency on workout routines, eating right, no sugar, skin and hair care. Reading the Bible and Meditation are the first thing I do when I wake up.
What would you do with the $40,000?Do fun and meaningful trips and new experiences with my family, making memories that last a lifetime.
