What I love most is the confidence , wisdom and maturity that has grown as a result of my life experiences. There is a sense of calm that I continue to feel as each year passes. I had a very demanding career and this wisdom is being shared with other women to help them navigate some of the hardships life and career’s can toss at us.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe that both my physical and emotional health are equally important. I invest time into both of these aspects. Physically speaking , I play pickleball competitively, I go to the gym and love walking. Emotionally , I practice meditation, yoga, I volunteer in the community and continue to learn more about myself and what makes me happy. My mindset is all about growth and not allowing any limiting beliefs to affect my choices and goals.
What would you do with the $40,000?In 2016 , I received an international mentoring award. This was one of the most humbling experiences I have ever had. I was in a very male dominated career and found that very hard to navigate. If I was to win this money , I would like to use the money to help advance women in their careers. Programs that would help forecast their future , navigate career development plans and improve their confidence to succeed.
