How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by embracing my own unique style, wearing what I love and what feels good on me. I prioritize a balanced diet rich in whole foods and stay hydrated, while regular exercise keeps me energized and strong—incorporating cardio, strength training, and yoga. Embracing self-care, nurturing relationships, and maintaining a positive mindset are essential to thriving and shining at this stage
What would you do with the $40,000?I would expand my efforts to provide essential products to the unhoused and those in need and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A significant portion would be dedicated to sourcing high-quality products, ensuring they reach those who need them most. I’d also invest in logistics to improve distribution channels for efficiency. Additionally, I’d support my family’s needs while pursuing this mission. Lastly, I would fill up my Alle card!
