I have just turned 60 this summer & am very physically fit & happy! I have zest for life & my love of adventure keeps me young!

How do you stay fabulous?Healthy eating, hydrating & exercise ! But also a good positive attitude does wonders for happiness! My Dad’s favourite adage is also mine : “The difference between an ordeal & an adventure is attitude! “ He understood that there is a thin line between chaos & an adventure, as do I !!
What would you do with the $40,000?Spoil my three amazing offspring a titch & buy myself a sailboat & lessons ! Lol After a presentation this morning at my Mom’s church, I am feeling spoken to !! Two charities I will also contribute to! Breast cancer research & the Canadian Foodgrains Bank! There was a presentation by the latter today & they are brilliant!!
