Being over 40 is wonderful because the years have taught me so much. I feel confident and courageous. I was a full time mom who raised an amazing daughter and now I have time to work on many other goals and projects.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being honest with myself about what I need. I have learned to prioritize self care. As women and mothers, we are natural caregivers to others but we sometimes don't give quality care to ourselves. I have learned to make time daily for meditation, exercise, journaling and self reflection. Its also important to speak out fearlessly about issues and concerns whether in personal relationships, professional or public life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I haven't decided yet. I would like to invest the $40,000 in a wise way that would allow me to be able to raise additional funds for projects to help children and the elderly.
