I have a child with several disabilities. I always tell her “Don’t worry. I’ll get it done, I’m a hustler”. And I do!

Not caring about the dumb, insignificant stuff that used to keep me up at night. I’ve realized what happiness is and it’s not constant. It can come in waves just like everything else. I know that sometimes I need help because I can’t do it ALL by myself and it’s just fine. Sometimes you’ll piss people off by fighting for what you know is right and there is no need for any apologies.
How do you stay fabulous?My husband is truly my very best friend. It took us both time to find each other even though we have known each other since fourth grade. We laugh, we complain and most the time we are just silly around each other. We get it without even saying a word. Our family brings us a tons of joy. We are the house that has all the parties for the holidays and my goal is to give all the kids in our family, memories they’ll treasure for life. One day they’ll hear a song or smell a scent and remember.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow! Definitely pay off some bills of course. Our daughter had to have surgery out of state and will need another one so that will be a tremendous help for travel. Then I’d fix up some things around the house that have been forgotten for too long. And lastly, take my elderly mom and sis on a great trip because they are pretty fabulous too!
