I don't think about my age; it's just a number. So much so that I forget how old I am when it's my birthday! I'm 58 now, and I feel empowered by my children and grandchildren. My endurance and perseverance are a true testament to my years.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by keeping a sound mind and heart. Staying fit is just physical....it's also mental. Do the things I love to do and what makes me happy. Walking and quick workout in the Park is lovely. I prefer being outdoors than in the walls of a gymn. Also love the water and go swimming any chance I get. Love life.
