I feel more self-assured and comfortable in my own skin, having learned from life experiences. Taking care of myself and getting a degree to help people do the same. With age comes a deeper understanding of personal values, interests, and priorities.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of myself and helping others do the same. I also stay fabulous by trying to be a great role model in the fitness industry and showing people how important your health is as you get older. I also enjoy using proper skin care and other means to keep myself looking younger. Without surgeries doing it by eating right taking care of my body and understanding why it is so important.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the $40,000 I would definitely tuck some away for my retirement. I would probably use a little bit of it to put into my education in wellness and fitness. I would also like to invest some into helping people over 40 to teach them How to be better at taking care of their well-being to stay young as possible.
