What I love about being over 40 is the sense of freedom and wisdom that I feel. At this age I am confident in who I am and what I want. I have worked hard to get to a point where I am no longer confused or hiding behind limited beliefs. I am not concerned with how others choose to live their life. I am only concerned with living my most authentic life. In this moment, I have no regrets and I am so grateful for that.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my well-being, personal growth, and quality relationships. Reading keeps my mind sharp and inspired. To stay active, I enjoy walks with friends, hiking in nature, playing sports and bike rides by the beach. I embrace lifelong learning and recently became a certified professional life coach. Quality time with family and friends enriches my life, keeping me grounded and joyful. Plus, I never skip sunscreen and invest in good skincare. Being Fabulous is a lifestyle!
What would you do with the $40,000?Being a teacher I typically have a lot of time off in the Sunmer, but not a lot of extra money to travel. I would use the money to take the trip of a lifetime during my summer vacation.
