My favorite attribute of being over 40 is the confidence that comes along with the age. Being in your 20's and 30's is all about experiencing the 'firsts' of adulthood. Learning how to navigate complex relationships, learning to rationalize tough decisions, and learning how to swim while you are in the thick of it. For me, all of the hard stuff was done during those decades. Now I get to focus on really refining who I am as a human being. Fine tuning and crafting my life with focus and intention
How do you stay fabulous?We live in a semi rural location, where we are always out hiking, with our beautiful pup. We are surrounded by Waterfalls and Escarpments. I also do a lot on inner mind work to stay focused and full of positive energy so I can commit every day to my clients, my family, and myself!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win the prize, I would divide multiple ways. First allotment of 10K would go into my business to continue supporting Senior Adults. Then I would take my Grandma and my girls on an amazing holiday in celebration of her 90th birthday. I would make a generous contribution to the Elder Abuse Foundation, and I would pay off some debt.
