How do you stay fabulous?Its a constant push pull but having explored a miriad of tools like meditation, breath work, gentle yoga movement I am able to achieve consistency just from the internal peace and positive mindset it provides. It also gives me focus to elevate my desire and passions in life which naturally helps me evolve
What would you do with the $40,000?I would hire a personal trainer to provide me with a targeted strength training plan that I could maintain on my own. I would hire a life coach to help pin point my goals. I would start my application for my Italian citizenship & start enjoying la dolce vita!
