I love knowing that when you hit a tough time you KNOW “This too shall pass” bc you have literally seen and experienced the cycle. I feel my confidence level only increases with each year that goes by.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying active, eating clean, and increasing my faith journey. Appreciating nature is also high on my list. Most importantly, I am continually learning new skills that keeps the mind and body growing/strong. Spending quality time with those who lift your spirits (and intentionally less time with those whom drain your energy) is also of vital importance. Lastly, acknowledge and heal from your past, stay present, and future focused.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate 10% to women who have survived domestic abuse (I survived). I would indeed take a week vacation near the Grand Tetons, and grow my new micrigreens small business.
