I am 65 and work daily on doing something physical. I love spending time outdoors with my husband and dog, LJ. Nature is so healing.

I definitely love being secure in my own skin. I have always exercised, but with age my love for exercising changed courses a bit. I was now exercising with the focus being my mental health, and overall health. I no longer felt the pressure of society to have my body look a certain way. With age, more wisdom came, and I gained a better sense of what was really important, what made me happy, and I established boundaries for myself. I live in the moment with gratitude now.
How do you stay fabulous?When I wake up in the morning I don’t get out of bed until I read something positive and express my gratitude for the day. I’ve learned the importance of gratitude and a positive mindset. I walk daily, and I do something productive everyday - it balances me. I enjoy being busy because it’s good for my mental health. My busy is doing things I enjoy. Such as, journaling, gardening, and reading. With age you learn what feeds your soul, and I do what’s best for mine.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to start a home business creating graphic Tshirts, hats, and journals. I have been a certified Life Coach for over 14 years and love positive affirmations and encouragement. I want to encourage and feed the souls of all ages with my products. Everyone needs to understand and believe that they are worthy. I would also pay off some debt, and fit in a nice trip.
