I am 70 years old and feel I don't look or act my age. I was an educator for 35 years and now I sub at school.

I love being retired and being a grandmother. I enjoy spending time with my husband of 50 years. I love to have the time to work for my church and help people that need my help. I love being able to go see my grandchildren, a grandson, 15, and a granddaughter, 2&1/2.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat healthy. I live on a cattle ranch and help take care of cattle. I take care of the skin on my face everyday. I go about every eight weeks to get my hair colored a cut. I also get periodic pedicures. We own some rental property and I have helped completely remodeling a house and 2 apartments. I teach a Sunday School class for 1st through 6th grade. I cook for my church every Wednesday night.
What would you do with the $40,000?First, I would donate one tenth of the money to the church. I would also put away enough to pay the taxes. With what is left I would donate to St. Jude's hospital and try to help those less fortunate than me.
