I try to eat healthy by focusing on a diet of fish and vegetables. I enjoy exercise and keeping my mind sharp. My pets keep me young.

I like proving myself so I try new things and am currently learning Spanish. I'm very social and enjoy talking and spending time with friends. I have a passion for exotic birds. I enjoy volunteering in my community and believe that age is just a number. It's important to keep trying to better yourself and be someone people like to be around. I love being old enough to have a past I can learn from and memories of good times, so that my optimism is evident.
How do you stay fabulous?Eat well, cut-out carbs, exercise including rollerskating, and walking,make sure to give myself down time. Surround myself with positive people. Offer a hand to people when they need it. Keep my brain and body busy. Keep trying to obtain all you can out of life because one never knows how much time we have in this world. Be the best person I can be by offering to do things for people. Laugh as often as possible. Try to stay positive and hopeful. Encourage ppl.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would be able to possibly help my father because he needs to buy a car and make sure my fiance and I have resources to care for our pets, and each other.
