Actually it wasn't until I was over 50 that I reconnected to myself again. Post menopause and thriving. It's like you're suddenly very aware of who you are, what you have to offer and the courage to show the world. I've gone back to school, and started a new path for my career. I feel secure in my choices to set boundaries but love deeply with greater sense of empathy. Life's little things matter more.
How do you stay fabulous?I decided to stop Botox and fillers embraced natural aging with nutrition, exercise and lifestyle habits. I'm living in my purest form. I've took all I've learned as a health coach, personal trainer, holistic nutritionist and menopause coaching specialist and not only leveled up my life but the lives of other women. This passion makes me feel fabulous. Like I'm making a difference. Constantly challenging myself. Going to try out for the Masters track and field program next fall.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it into a business that I want to start for women to help them navigate the menopause transition and the aging process. As well as a much deserved #thisis50 trip to Greece I had to cancel due to the start of covid.
