Looking back I realize how much you grow and learn with each birth year. Life is a journey valuable lessons to be learned along the way. To be given the opportunity to celebrate each year is a true blessing. To be healthy and happily married to a wonderful husband I am truly blessed and never take it for granted. We are here for such a short time cherishing moments with family and friends is important. My mother was a true inspiration of health living to 95 was a gift in my life.
How do you stay fabulous?I love mixing up my routine so it's not boring. Swimming, weights, kettle bell workout, cycling, hot yoga, and walking all energizes me. I love to get moving and being outdoors. I thinks it's important to take care of your skin and health. I love visiting the makeup counters and having a makeover feeling refreshed with a new look is fun. Facials to a massage are a great way to relieve stress. Life needs to bring a smile on your face to feel great about yourself . Create a visual dream board.
What would you do with the $40,000?A $10,000 donation for those affected by Hurricane Helene Communities in the Southeast being able to pay it forward, it would be like winning the lottery. Helping friends who need financial independence. My dear friend, a single mom, is always making clients beautiful cutting their hair. She is always doing for others treating her to a much needed beach getaway would be a treat. Planning our next adventure exploring this amazing world with my husband creating new memories.
