Looking back I realize how much you grow and learn with each birth year. Life is a journey valuable lessons to be learned along the way. To be given the opportunity to celebrate each year is a true blessing. To be healthy and happily married to a wonderful husband I am truly blessed and never take it for granted. We are here for such a short time cherishing moments with family and friends is important. My mother was a true inspiration of health living to 95 was a gift in my life.

I love mixing up my routine so it's not boring. Swimming, weights, kettle bell workout, cycling, hot yoga, and walking all energizes me. I love to get moving and being outdoors. I thinks it's important to take care of your skin and health. I love visiting the makeup counters and having a makeover feeling refreshed with a new look is fun.
