I’m fabulously over 40 and then some! The “and then some”required a change! Staying in shape is going to make my golden years my best years

Being over 40 means, I’ve lived some life! I’m free to say no- without guilt! I’m free to choose joy! I’m free to live life to the fullest. Embracing each day as it comes with no regrets! I’m grateful and thankful to God for allowing me to wake up to a brand new day. A day full of possibilities. I adore and love my husband. I get to love on and counsel and coach my young adult children. And I dote over my grandchildren. Traveling and exploring new places is priceless! Life over 40 is golden!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous does take commitment! Now that I’m 65! I have joined Silver Sneakers. This fitness program allows me to go to gyms for free!! I belong to three gyms and try to go to all three weekly. If I can’t make it to the gym, I love getting up in the mornings and walking in my neighborhood. I have to move and stay active for my heart, mind, body and soul. I also find things that bring me joy. Reading my Bible, reading magazines on style and fashion, and working on my appearance is crucial!
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000- well first I get to give ten percent to my church. Then I’m sure Uncle Sam wants some of it. A portion for savings. Pay off my car. Then I would give my children enough for a down payment on a home or car. The rest would be for me and the love of my life. Either to put towards paying off our home, or getting a new bathroom. I’m dying for a soaker tub! And to go back to Hawaii! Oceanfront room and time to relax! My husband works so hard. Pretty sure that 40,000 is spent!
