I will be 48 on October 9th . The last 12 years have been all about becoming more active. I’ve lost 60 lbs and feel amazing !

How do you stay fabulous?I stay active . I workout at least 5 days a week. I strength train and added in walking . I keep my stress down as much as I can and I’ve learned not everything needs a reaction.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would probably use some to go on vacation. The rest would be used to make some updates to my home .
