I love at this age that I know who I am and who I am not. I am confident in the person I’ve become and know who my true friends are. I have become unapologetic about chasing joy and don’t allow things or people in my life that create negative drama. I am completely content at this age where I have achieved so much and now have more time to do more of what fills my cup. At this age I know what is important to me and have acquired a lot of wisdom. This truly is the best time of life!

I stay fabulous by prioritizing my physical, emotional, and mental health. When I’m healthy, I feel better. When I feel better, I can be a better mom, wife, friend, etc. I attempt balance in all things. For ex.-I do eat healthy but I don’t deprive myself of the joy a great meal & glass of wine brings when shared with my husband. I stay fabulous by continuing to help others. As an NP in cardiology, it is so fulfilling to help patients with their health. I find what brings me joy & chase it!

I suppose to be fiscally fabulous I would pay off the credit card I used to pay for my dog’s knee surgery after he was attacked by a bigger dog. I would donate to Justice and Mercy International to help provide basic needs for the orphanage. Last but certainly not least, I would take my newly blended family with all four kids on a fabulous vacation that everyone wpuld remember !
