At 55 i feel I have grown my confidence to enjoy myself without concern of what others think of me. A sense of strength and resilience to know i can accomplish all the goals i set for meself. Life experiences has given me knowledge, wisdom, boundaries and courage to take steps to help change communities for the better.
How do you stay fabulous?Lots and lots of water! I live in New Mexico which is a desert so water is key for my skin, hair, and body. Additionally, I try to get a some exercise in, and eat healthy. Although, I'm Hispanic and I love food, and food with my family means love, so I have to focus on more exercise when I indulge in all the great food of my culture. Speaking of culture, I also stay close to my heritage and honer my ancestors.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to go back to school and get my Doctrine degree Counseling education and traumatology. This would assist me in educating the next generation of behavior health workers.
