I am fabulous over 40 because I stay in shape, traveling the world, enjoying my children move from boys to men.

I am more comfortable in my skin and this new found comfort provides me with a new world view of myself and how I few those closest to me and around me. It’s a great feeling to really know who I am.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise at least 5 days a week for no less than 60 minutes, I practice a life long commitment I started almost 20 years ago to eat health and enjoy food in moderation which I believe is the key “moderation,” and most of all I enjoy time with family as we share common traditions or rituals.
What would you do with the $40,000?This is an excellent question. I started a small business several years ago that helps raise awareness for survivors of human trafficking through music and motivational speaking. The goal has been to setup a location where we can teach, through music and other artist expressions while raising awareness at the same time. Raising the funds to do that has been impossible.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
