I’m pleasantly surprised that at 41, I still feel so young and full of vitality! I’ve had the opportunity to honestly reflect on my life and heal some of the parts of me that have been holding me back in some ways. I also love to show up and help other women who might be struggling. My growth is an ongoing beautiful process and now I’m so much better at focusing on the silver lining in every experience.
How do you stay fabulous?Nutrition is number one! Of course, I also move my body in ways that make my heart sing. I practice yoga, barre, Pilates and occasionally sprint on the treadmill. I believe deep spiritual work provides beauty and confidence that radiates from within and other people feel it. Spending time in nature is also vital for my soul, so I love hiking and adventures to hot springs. Can’t forget to mention heat/cold therapy! I love it so much that I have a sauna and cold plunge at home.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m starting a business as a Functional Nutrition Counselor, so I would invest in my future to help other people learn about their health and how to live a long life by eating in a way that supports longevity, this is my purpose!
