That I no longer allow myself to be buried under the weight of other people’s expectations of me. That I’ve learned to when and where to create boundaries and that I’ve stoped feeling guilty about putting myself first.
How do you stay fabulous?I’m not always consistent but I try my best to exercise and eat healthy. Even when I fall off the wagon I eventually get back on. And I make sure to prioritize my mental health because being fabulous is just as much of an inside job as out.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest and go on a really epic vacation. I’m 43 and I’ve never been out of the country and I’m dying to travel and see the world.
