I love having experience and wisdom! There's also a level of confidence and sense of knowing who I am, and what I bring to the table that I didn't have in my 20's. As a woman in fitness, I have definition and muscle from years of training, and learning about what works best for my body. Being over 40 means you can start to really become an expert in your line of work, or area of interest, yet understand that school is never out for the pros. I know what I want and what's most important to me.
How do you stay fabulous?I take time to prioritize self care. I understand that it's not selfish, it's essential! I cannot take care of others if I don't take care of myself. I workout regularly, I make time for things that bring me joy, and I try to give back to others.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would plan a gettaway with my husband because I appreciate how much he supports me and my endeavors!
