I love how much calmer I feel about many of the things the previously gave me anxiety (though I still have a little ;). I love the confidence I've developed as I take up space and walk though the world, in the work that I do, and in the value of my contributions. I love most the pleasure I receive (and hopefully return!) from the meaningful relationships in my life. I love the gratitude I increasingly carry with me every day.
How do you stay fabulous?I endeavor to find the best balance between fitness; a healthy (mostly!) diet; a challenging and rewarding professional life; quality, restorative time with friends and family; quiet, relaxing personal time; soul-feeding travel; delicious wine; and as much sleep as I can get! Also - never skipping routine medical check-ups and preventive maintenance appointments. It may not always be fabulous, but it feels right for me (most of the time!).
What would you do with the $40,000?I would LOVE to treat my sister, mother, and grandmother to a multi-generational girls trip (all fabulously over 40!); including wonderful food, fantastic shopping, and leisurely mornings (coffee!) and evenings (wine!) filled with laughter and conversation :)
