What makes me fabulously over 40? I try (I don't always succeed!) to eat healthy, go on a daily walk, get enough sleep and treat myself !

What I love about being over 40 is the fact that we are old enough to know what we want but still young enough to have fun on the journey to getting it! The older I get the clearer I see life and the people in my life. I've gained a more mature and positive perspective. I'm more sure of my values, beliefs and boundaries. I've learned when to open my mouth in opposition and when to keep it closed. " Maturity is realizing that not everything requires your comment." - Rachael Wolchin.
How do you stay fabulous?For me, the main key to me staying fabulous over 40 is simple. I simply don't act therefore I don't feel my age! I try to eat right, drink enough water and exercise daily. But, it s way more than that that allows me to stay fabulous! It's my mindset. I live by the old saying "Age is just a number." I try to think positively about every person or situation I encounter. Treat others like I want to be treated. Help everyone. Stay humble, always go forward, never backwards.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won 40,000 I would put some of the money into an idea for an invention I've had for some time but never had the money to pursue it. I would also help an old friend that's helped me so much in my life with some startup money to open a new business. Hopefully pay it forward and put the money to excellent use!
