Being over 40 has brought me an incredible sense of clarity, confidence, and self-love. It’s a time where I’ve embraced who I am, knowing what I want and what I no longer tolerate. This age has taught me resilience, balance, and the importance of prioritizing myself without guilt. It’s a beautiful season of wisdom and strength, where I’m empowered by my experiences rather than defined by them. I love the peace and power that comes with being unapologetically me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by making my health, both physical and mental, a top priority. I work out regularly, nourish my body with good food, and surround myself with positive energy. I’m all about being soulfully fit,feeling good from the inside out! My routine includes mindfulness, staying active, dancing, and embracing the joy of self-expression through fashion & creativity. I believe that staying fabulous comes from a deep alignment w/self, living authentically & radiating confidence no matter what.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in expanding my brand and giving back to the community that has supported me along the way. I would create more resources that inspire and empower women to embrace their journeys and tap into their own fabulous potential. It’s also important for me to set an example of what’s possible at any stage of life, and this would help me make an even greater impact.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
