I walk every day, I take excellent care of my skin and I have started going back to college to finish my degree.

My outlook on life! I have learned to love and appreciate the little things in life and not to worry myself with insignificant things and things I can't change! I also love that even though I just turned 50 in August, I feel about 25 and look about 35, well close enough anyway.
How do you stay fabulous?I walk about a mile and a half a day, and I take very good care of my skin. My Grandmother told me at a young age to always wash my face and always use moisturizer!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it for a down payment on a house and move my Mom in with me so I can take care of her. She has her own apartment, but I don't like her living alone in Houston, and I want to do this for her.
