I prioritize self-care with grace, morning mediation and reflection, exercise, dance classes, and quiet me time. I keep learning and trying new things, this keeps my mind fresh and inspired. I have a passion for cooking fabulous and nutritious food. I surround myself with positive influences and I'm not afraid of setting boundaries where needed.
