Being over 40 has given me a confidence and sense of self I never had in my younger years. I've learned to love myself exactly as I am, embracing my experiences, my body, and my growth. There's freedom in knowing who you are and not caring about societal pressures. Life at this age feels more empowering, with a deeper understanding of what truly matters—self-love, fulfillment, and joy. Aging is a privilege, and I embrace every moment of it with excitement of what’s to come!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous with a positive and healthy foundation comes naturally to me because I nurture both my body and mind. My focus is on working out, clean eating, and maintaining a grateful heart not only keeps me feeling fabulous but also reinforces a healthy mindset. Balancing physical health with mental and spiritual well-being really does make a difference. It’s been my recipe for 54 years and it’s been serving me well.
What would you do with the $40,000?Im incredibly passionate about animals. Through Last Chance Animal Rescue I’ve fostered 100’s of kittens that have all been adopted. I would launch or contribute to campaigns that raise awareness of animal fostering, adoption, or animal rights, spreading the cause and encouraging others to get involved. I would also plan a family trip or experience that brings everyone together, perhaps exploring places and making memories to cherish. A combination of these would be simply Fabulous! ❤️Bonnie
