Today is my birthday, 10/15 and I just turned 52!!! I could pass for 40, if not younger!

How do you stay fabulous?By taking care of my skin; always use an SPF! I also exercise at least 4x/week, even if it’s just taking my dog for a walk. I meditate daily & focus on the good each day.
