Being over 40, I've become well-acquainted with my strengths, weaknesses, passions, and fears. This self-awareness is a powerful tool; it means I no longer strive to fit into someone else’s mold or seek approval indiscriminately. I have learned the art of saying no, I prioritize what’s truly important, and I understand the value of my own voice. This is my time of authentic living that is genuinely liberating and forms the foundation for continued growth and success.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying in shape by walking and running everyday, getting enough sleep, eating organic food, drinking 1 gallon of water a day, having one glass of red wine every night, nightly face masks and doing at least two body wraps a week.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off some debt, take my 70 year old mom to Hawaii and put some towards a new car.
