As a licensed, Aveda esthetician in N.C. I enjoy making women feel fabulous! As a writer, I enjoy the freedom of creativity. I have been called a huntress by friends. I research questions that I have always yearned to find answers to but never quite had the time in my youth to do so. To challenge myself physically and mentally so that I can live a healthier life. And the joy of giving in random acts of kindness to those who have less. I love spending time with my girlfriends♥️
How do you stay fabulous?I developed my own fabulousness in finishing school in the 70’s in Charlotte, N.C. The owner was a broadway actress named Troyanne Ross. One day I walked into class and there she was. She was fabulous! I wanted to feel fabulous like Troyanne. She stopped me and said, “Let me see your left profile.” Then she said, “Always use that side of your face in photo shoots”. “By the way, the Press Photographers Association of America will be in Grandfather Mountain this Saturday. Your invited! Yes!
What would you do with the $40,000?I am an aspiring writer for young children who have experienced childhood trauma. My book is titled, ‘Children of the Mountain.’ I would publish it. My grandmother died tragically of breast cancer when I was only 13 yrs old. I never forgot her struggles to survive. I was determined for the rest of my life to support breast cancer survivors. I was on the executive committee for the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, ‘Race for the Cure.’ Charlotte. I am also a cancer survivor. 🙏
