This is a great time to make amends with our past self. There is never a wrong time to start but 40 is delicious in that I now have the patience to give myself what I gave others: Patience & Grace. My past has served me as clues to what I like and what I don’t like.
How do you stay fabulous?The greatest form of self-love is in discipline. This year my daily routine has consisted of writing 3-5 pages of affirmations, 20 min of strength training using a band and a set of 10 pound dumbbells, a 20min-1 hour walk, and tapping into what brings me joy: writing poetry!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off the remainder of my debt, put a down payment on a vehicle and invest the rest.
