I love and admire the woman I see in the mirror because she has overcome too many things that tried to destroy her; she is a survivor. I am strong in my faith and secure in my own skin. I trust my intuition and honor my feelings, but I’m grounded in facts. I'm passionate about mental health and it is an honor to work with trauma survivors. I take care of my mental and physical health through exercise and meditation. My sons inspire me to be a better person daily and they are my everything.
How do you stay fabulous?Daily self care routines: prayer, exercise, meditation, protect my peace by setting boundaries, dinner with my sons. I enjoy mani/ pedis, audiobooks, a great movie, a delicious meal, a beautiful outfit, a great pair of heels and a good laugh. I believe a kind word can change a person’s day so I offer words of affirmation to others often.
What would you do with the $40,000?Grow my business to help more people heal, travel with my sons and save some of it.
