I love the calmness it has bought into my life. I am living for me and doing what makes me happy. Age, no matter the number is what you make of it; not anyone else. In my forties I started my business, became a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. I have competed in natural body building competitions and continue to follow my passion of fitness and business. It’s never too late to love yourself and go for your dreams.
How do you stay fabulous?Genetics …. My mom and dad have blessed me and my four sisters with strong features and a great foundation. I also give credit to my love of sports and fitness. I’ve been on a court or in a gym from a teen till now. That will never change.
What would you do with the $40,000?Gosh, that’s easy, finally open a store front for my athletic wear Built Different LLC and improve my website. I’d also like to start a foundation to empower young females to embrace fitness and themselves.
