I love being over 40 and feel like I am finally coming into myself and leaning into what I want and need. There is a confidence and self awareness that comes with this age. We are less concerned with other peoples opinions and feel free to pursue passions and interests that were put on the back burner during earlier years. I have overcome many challenges during my life and now I am ready to embrace what lies ahead and enjoy the time I have with family and friends.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous, especially as you age, is all embracing a mindset of self care, enjoyment of life and prioritizing your health and wellness. As I age, I have found myself more focused on being strong and healthy rather than to fit into a certain size dress or hide aging skin. My goal is to be a badass 90 year old that continues to enjoy life and travel and be active. Strength and independence is the key to being fabulous not only in your 40s but beyond.
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000 would be a game changer and while there are many things I would do with the money, one of my main priorities would be to travel with my family especially my two close cousins that are breast cancer survivors to celebrate and experience even more of what this beautiful world has to offer. At the end of the day, you can take anything with you so having experiences and time to spend with those you love and cherish would be the best gift that anyone can have.
