I love being free to do what I love without worrying about pleasing everyone. I’m at a point where my kids are grown and I have the time to really do what I love to do when I want to do it.
How do you stay fabulous?Everyday I think about what I want to accomplish during the day. It’s not just what is on the calendar but more how I want to feel. Do I want to connect with a dear friend or do something special with my husband, go for a walk with my dog and look at the beautiful nature in my neighborhood. The laundry, the cleaning, the chores still all get done, I’ll go to all of my doctor’s appointments and take all of my medicine but I concentrate more on what will make me feel fabulous today.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have dreamt of taking my family to a soccer game in England. I was a soccer girlfriend then a soccer wife and eventually a soccer mom. My husband & I met at the University of MN as students & he was a soccer player. I went to all of his games & continued after we married. When our daughter was 4 he started to coach her team& then my son’s. We began a soccer program in our hometown & it has grown huge. My husband coaches the high school team & my kids coach at their college alma maters.
