Older is wiser. In all the chaos in the world, I see and appreciate the beauty and simple things in life now that I am over 40. It is less drama and more taking walks, listening to music, feeling a breeze, and meditation No that I am Over 40, I travel more & don’t have to second guess myself when planning a vacation. As a real estate broker, I am now my own boss: More work but easier planning.. And, children’s school schedule no longer affects my vacation schedule. 😅 It’s “Bae you wanna go?”
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is not all physical because spiritual and mental Strength comes with wisdom of age, if we receive it! Physically: I have a plant-based diet -Lots of smoothies., I nourish my skin, I stretch daily and exercise twice a week. I get out and get fresh air and take long walks with my husband. I play tennis and stay active. I socialize with friends and family. It’s all love!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would get further ancestry testing to learn more about my people. Then visit my ancestral lands in West Africa. I really want to make a true connection to my ancestors place of origin. I will take my 4 sons and their families along.
