I love that I have a greater appreciation for life’s moments, big and small, can lead to a more fulfilling and joyful existence.With age often comes a deeper sense of self-assurance. You know who you are and what you want, which allows you to navigate life with grace.The older I got, the greater wisdom I learned from my past and I love that.Realizing what’s important in life leads to true happiness.As a nurse I’ve learned I need to take care of myself first so I can give my best to serve others.

I now recognize the importance of self-care, through fitness, wellness, or pursuing passions. This commitment to myself enhances my overall well-being. I go to the gym and attend classes such as Zumba, Dance and Life Barre. I started lifting weights on other days so I can focus on strengthening my body, mind and spirit. Lastly, my most important aspect of any skincare routine is consistency. I try to stick to my routine daily to see the best results over time.

I would allocate some funds for travel to explore new places , go on a medical mission and create lasting memories with my family .I would be donating a portion to a cause or charity that I am passionate about, giving back to the community. Setting aside money for future goals, such as a home purchase, retirement would be wise. Finally, I would allow myself to enjoy a small portion of the winnings for something fun or indulgent, whether it’s a nice dinner, a new gadget, or a special experience.
