What I love about being over 40? It’s like being in on a joke that only gets funnier. I’ve mastered the art of doing life my way—whether it's ordering dessert first or rocking pajamas way past noon. I’ve embraced my quirks, and I laugh a little louder, worry a lot less, and if people don’t get me? Well, they can catch up! Being 40 is all about living unapologetically, embracing the weird, and finding joy in the little things—like discovering my phone was in my hand the whole time!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on balance—nurturing my body and mind. For me, that means prioritizing self-care: staying active, eating well, and resting. Equally important is keeping a positive mindset, staying curious, and continuing to learn and grow. I embrace challenges, stay engaged in joyful activities, and surround myself with uplifting people. Being fabulous isn’t about appearance; it’s about feeling vibrant, confident, and authentic from the inside out.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40K, I’d invest in myself and give back. I’d use part of it for personal growth through education, travel, or wellness. Most importantly, I’d support a cause close to my heart, perhaps starting a fund for people dealing with chronic illnesses like Lyme disease, which I’ve experienced myself. It would be incredible to make a meaningful impact in others’ lives while continuing my own journey of health and empowerment.
